Last summer Response Senior Care was approved to become a Medical Assistance Provider for the Living at Home (LAH) program, which is a part of the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Waiver for Adults with Physical Disabilities. The purpose of the Living at Home Waiver Program is to provide home and community-based services and support for adults with physical disabilities, who are between the ages of 18 and 64. This program has quickly become a recommended alternative to nursing facility placement.
